Peter Gampel Participates at The Federal Bar Association Broward County Chapter Meeting

Peter Gampel, ABV/CFF, ASA, CA, CBV, Director in the Business Valuation, Forensic Accounting and Litigation Services Practice of Fiske & Company, recently spoke at The Federal Bar Association Broward County Chapter meeting. He discussed several of the key variables experts use in determining lost business value/lost profits and how their application  can result in major differences.  The title of the presentation was “Understanding Why Expert Witnesses Can Substantially Disagree on Lost Profits Damages Business Valuation Models When the Underlying Data is the Same.” 

Gampel is a highly regarded and respected expert in the field of forensic valuation. His career spans over 28 years with a considerable portion of that time with a Big “5″ accounting firm where he was a principal in charge of the Florida Valuation Practice.
